Spray Foam

Polyurethane foam is becoming the gold standard of insulating.

From use in new home builds and renovations to vast commercial and agricultural applications, such as Pole sheds and Quonsets.

Spray foam insulation is a clear choice, as it is resistant to mold, rodents, and insects. It is able to seal out the worst of winter while also providing a vapor barrier. Spray foam is the best choice for wood basements, crawl spaces, old and new concrete basements, joist ends and roof decks. Its also great for enclosed trailers and ice fishing shacks. It provides a great seal where it is almost impossible to get with standard batt and poly vapour barriers. Spray foam meets and exceeds the standards of the National Building Code (NBC).

Thermal Barrier

We also offer durable fire-resistant coatings also approved by the NBC. These products include a direct to foam primer called “Zinsser Bullseye 1-2-3” a water-soluble primer. This primer is required by code before the application of the fire retardant. The fire-retardant paint applied over “bullseye 1-2-3” is called “DC315” the NBC-specified acceptable solutions or the acceptable solutions specified by the provincial and territorial regulators, including generic barriers allowed for in NBC 9.29.4-9.29.9 as well as prescriptive barriers listed in 3.1.5.12

Note: the use of primer and DC315 is only required if foam is left exposed.

*NEW* Concrete Lifting (Slab Jacking)

We are proud to announce that we are now offering eco friendly polyurethane foam concrete lifting.

Concrete removal and replace can be a hefty expense. So why not give your pre-existing slabs a new chance at life without the cost of replacing.

Typical Repairs Offered
Features and Benefits

Cost-effective: Polyurethane concrete lifting is significantly cheaper than completely replacing the concrete slab. It requires less labor and equipment, making it a more cost-effective solution for homeowners and businesses.

Quick installation: The process of injecting polyurethane foam takes less time than other methods, such as mudjacking or slab replacement. The foam sets quickly and can be walked on within 15 minutes of installation, allowing for minimal disruption to daily activities.

Long-lasting results: Polyurethane foam is a durable material that can withstand heavy loads and extreme weather conditions. Once injected, the foam will not shrink or deteriorate over time, providing a long-lasting solution to sunken or uneven concrete slabs.

A polyurethane injection lasts longer than a mud jacking repair job being resistant to washout.

– flows well under slab sections to ensure compete void fill.

– controlled expansion

– minimal mess

– eco friendly

– light weight which refers to the load on existing soils. Vs traditional mud jacking where you’re adding more weight to already unstable soil.

– Polyurethane injections can be used on a larger range of projects.

Blow-In Insulation

Our Services

– Top ups

– New builds

– Attic insulation stops

– Attic hatch extensions to hold required thicknesses for ultimate R-value

We are proud to offer our specialties in getting your house to ultimate efficiency. A great place to start is in the attic. You can lose around 25% of your heat through your attic/roof system alone.

Features and Benefits

Energy Savings: One of the main benefits of blown-in insulation in attics is that it can help reduce energy costs. Attics are one of the primary areas where heat escapes from a home during the winter months. Blown-in insulation helps to trap heat inside the home, which means that less energy is required to keep the home warm.

Improved Comfort: Another benefit of blown-in insulation in attics is that it can help improve overall comfort levels in the home. By trapping heat inside the home, blown-in insulation helps to create a more consistent temperature throughout the house. This means that there will be fewer cold spots or drafts, which can make the home feel more comfortable.

No Settling: Unlike other types of insulation, blown-in insulation does not settle over time. This means that it will maintain its insulating properties for many years, providing long-term benefits to homeowners.

Ease of installation: it can be installed quickly and easily, making it a cost-effective option for homeowners and builders. Additionally, blown-in insulation can be installed in hard-to-reach spaces, ensuring that every inch of the space is properly insulated.

In addition to these benefits, blown-in insulation is also environmentally friendly.
